  Exchange Policy

• We do not offer returns on any of our products. However, we do offer store credit in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
• You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item(s) to be eligible for store credit.
• The item(s) must be sent back to us via USPS with tracking within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in new condition with tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.
• If the item is shipped back after 5 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to process once we have received the item(s).
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

 

Please note that undergarments, accessories, bodysuits, and sale items are final sales. Returned packages:

 

• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, is undeliverable, or unable to forward to the sender, you have the option to have the package resent.
• If you choose to have the package resent, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee again and a 10% supply fee for wasted supplies and time.
• If you do not wish your package resent, your order will be considered a return, and you will receive store credit with a 15% restocking fee.

 

All invoices must be paid within a time frame of 24 hours, or your order will be canceled and offered to the next person in line.

Refunds:

• If you receive damaged items, please email us with photos within 24 hours. After confirmation, we will refund or replace the items in the next shipment.

Shipping charges:

• We charge a flat rate of $7 for all products.
• Orders above $100 qualify for free delivery.
• A tax of 8.25% will be added to your total.
